The semi-automatic trimming machine has been developed for trimming the sides of PVC Cling film rolls . The trimming operation has the aim to eliminate the deformed borders of the rolls. The machine carries out the working cycle completely automatically but the rolls must be placed and discharged manually.

THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH:

• PLC Siemens S-1200 for operating the automatic working cycle
• Operator panel Siemens 4” touch-screen for the setting of the working parameters

• Outer roll diameter: max. 350 mm
• Inner roll diameter: 3” (other diameters on request)
• Roll width: from 200 mm up to 650 mm

MECHANICAL OUTPUT OF THE MACHINE:

• Mechanical productivity: 1-2 pcs/min.
